I worked on Indeed from 2022-2024. The initial goal was to improve brand reputation and user sentiment by providing helpful and educational content that speaks to the realities of the jobseeker experience.
After successfully winning over the client’s trust, we switched entirely to higher budget, higher fidelity paid ads. We kept these ads socially forward by utilizing trends and discussing topics that reflect current events and real issues jobseekers face.
